Augmented Reality in Classroom
I would like to share my point about integrating augmented reality (AR) in contemporary classrooms. Teachers can use AR to support textbook materials which can facilitate practical illustrations of complicated concepts. For instance, when teaching about animals, AR flashcards can easily show how those animals look like along with information of their habitats, biology, and their origin. Or medical student, who are studying about anatomy, can access AR model to learn rather than practicing in real human body.
The most advantage of AR than other applications of virtual reality is that it just requires an app and a digital devices. Therefore, its more accessible for schools, classes, students, and teachers.
Sincerely,
Kate
Hi Kate:
I like your idea about implementing AR in classroom to support complicated concepts. Imagining students can see the AR of animal in class instead of reading it in book would be much more interesting. I wish I can learn things like that, and I believe this would happened in the future.
Hi Kate!
I agree with you that VR can be used in the classroom so that students can truly experience the things they cannot touch in the textbook. This can enhance students’ interest in learning,

Hi Kate,
You proposed using vr in class to help classmates recognize animals. I like it very much, and if I have a chance later, I may use it in my class. Thank you again for your suggestions.
Best wishes
