Hi everyone,
My teaching perspective was dominant for “Nurturing”, the results of my TPI did not surprise me. My teaching philosophy is to be an observer, participant and creator of students, observe students’ interests and potential, create a good teaching environment, and become friends with students.
Flipped classroom is student-centered, it can stimulate students’ enthusiasm for learning, cultivate students’ ability to learn independently, and have a better relationship between teachers and students. However, flipped classroom also have some disadvantages. For example, it is difficult to check whether students have studied; teachers need to spend a lot of time to prepare before class, the designed teaching activities are not easy to cover all aspects of the teaching materials. I feel that flipped classrooms are not suitable for long-term school teaching. But I think it is worth a try, it can promote teachers’ knowledge and ability, which has higher requirements for teachers.
Thanks,
Leason
Hi Leason!
I agree with your teaching philosophy. Teachers need to know enough about students so that they can better find the learning methods suitable for bachelor’s degree, so that students’ grades can be improved. In my opinion, reverse classroom is very demanding for both teachers and students. There will be a lot of problems if the class is used for a long time.

Hi Leason,
I agree with you that flipped classrooms are not suitable for long-term teaching. I also agree with its advantages. Flipped classroom can bring students a different experience from traditional classrooms, but educators need to invest a lot of time and energy when using it.
