1.Do you have any doubts about the results of your TPI profile sheet? Do you think it will help you in your future or current teaching?
I have no doubts about my TPI profile sheet, but my test results are too average, I do not know what it means. However, my understanding of this is that my teaching perspectives are very diverse. I think this will be helpful for my future teaching. I do not have any teaching viewpoints that I particularly prefer, which shows that I can try most teaching perspectives before teaching in the future, and I can accept different teaching perspectives. At the same time, it also means that I need to spend more time on education to find the one or several teaching perspectives I prefer.
2.Compared with traditional classrooms, what do you think are the advantages and disadvantages of flipped classrooms?
I think the advantage of flipped classroom is that it is student-centered. The people that education itself serves are students. It is very meaningful for education to focus on the needs or interests of students, and it helps to encourage students to learn actively. The disadvantage of the flipped classroom is that it requires students to learn online, which is not suitable for lower grade students. The reason is that the learning self-control ability of lower grade students is relatively low, and they need more guidance from educators.
3.Based on your answers to the TPI question, what experiences do you think influenced your choices?
I think it was my learning experience that influenced my choices because I did not have much teaching experience yet.
Hi Ruili!
I agree with you that the limitations of reverse courses are too great. Many junior students do not have the ability to learn by themselves, so they cannot learn online. Many teachers are also unable to be flexible with the application of technology, so I think reversing the course will reduce the learning quality of students.

Hi Ruili,
How are you these days?
I also feel that one of the problems with flipped classrooms is students’ self-control. It is based on the trust of students, but teachers cannot accurately check whether students are really involved in learning. And I think the TPI results can provide us with some guidance in future teaching.
Thanks
