- Do you have any doubts about the results of your TPI profile sheet? Do you think it will help you in your future or current teaching?
My highest score in the TPI profile sheet is transmission. Actually, I am not surprised about my result, because I am a new teacher, I do not have much teaching experiences like my classmates, they have 3 to 5 years of teaching experiences. This result is helpful for a new teacher because it is good guidance that will help me find my appropriate teaching methods.
- Compared with traditional classroom, what do you think are the advantages and disadvantages of flipped classroom?
In a traditional classroom, the teacher is typically the central focus of a lesson; while in a flipped classroom, the student is central of a class. Students take up the main place of the class to learn, it is a good way for teachers to design the mode of class, and students are actively involved in knowledge acquisition and construction as they participate in and evaluate their learning. However, there are some limitations of the flipped classroom. Flipped classrooms lead to increased computer time in an era where students already spend too much time in front of computer screens. For teachers, they will increase preparation time is initially likely needed, as creating high-quality videos requires teachers to contribute significant time and effort outside of regular teaching responsibilities.
- Based on your answer to the TPI question, what experiences do you think influenced you to make some choices?
As I said, I am a new teacher, I do not have much teaching experiences, so many of my answers are based on my imagination. If I was an experienced teacher, I would do it like many other experienced teachers.

I agree with your thoughts regrading flipped classroom it is chlid oriented and which is also helpful to engage learners in their learning involvement positively. In addition, as per my understanding though it is very helpful for teachers to enhance their teaching, I believe that, to create effective flipped classroom teacher should be upgrade her knowldge timely and should be very skillful which are another challages in considering of the flipped classroom.

I can relate with your perspective on Transmission based on TPI results. I experienced the same when I started my career as an educator, the focus was on ‘transmitting Knowledge ’without actually making students involved in the learning process. I think that the way our teachers taught us influences our perceptions and it takes time to alter those. With the appropriate knowledge, guidance and experiences in the field, one will be able to progress and think critically.
