Introduction

This is what I have to say, which of course is something important. As you can see we can use headings and other formatting in our work.

My preferred method of teaching is in line with constructivist learning theory. Skinner(1968) pointed out that rewards can enhance students’ enthusiasm for learning and maintain their enthusiasm for learning. Objective and correct standards of reward and punishment can achieve the goal of education. Rewards and punishments should not be based on teachers’ personal likes and dislikes, and the standards of rewards and punishments should be consistent. There should be no special treatment or exception. Make sure the students feel reasonable to follow. Harasim(2017) teachers are the most positive image to lead students. Give students solutions when they encounter problems. Tell students the right direction when they are not sure about something new.

I think a lot of teaching today is constructivist. Teachers use multimedia teaching in class, apply situational mode to make the class more vivid, and learn to be more interested in the course. Collaboration is also very practical in the classroom, which can not only enhance the enthusiasm and initiative of students but also promote the friendship between students.
