I know that the teaching environment includes very right aspects. But what I especially want to mention is the classroom atmosphere. A good classroom atmosphere will promote mutual respect and close cooperation between teachers and students, learning activities have a clear purpose, and students are confident in their own learning.

There are many factors that affect the classroom atmosphere, especially the leadership style of teachers. The relationship between teachers and students is essential because this relationship affects the process of education and impacts the outcomes of academic achievements. “Relationship between teachers and students refers to the way that teachers felt connected to the students” (Post, Grybush, Elmadani & Lockhart, 2019).

An important factor that affects class style and classroom atmosphere is the emotional environment created by the teacher-student relationship, which refers to an emotion and emotional state formed in teaching. Classroom teaching is not only a process of information exchange, but also a process of emotional communication.

However, in the learning career I have experienced, most of the teacher-student relationship is led by the teacher. Teachers are responsible for teaching and students are responsible for learning. I think a good teacher-student relationship should be two-way.
If I have the opportunity to be another teacher, I must build a good relationship with students.
