In my opinion, the existence of artificial intelligence is very convenient for people’s life. People can complete the recognition of unstructured data such as voice, video and picture through self-learning, and the most important application of artificial intelligence at the present stage is to change inefficient work into high efficiency.
For example, with the use of artificial intelligence technology, each call can save customer service staff 225 seconds of time, and if a customer service staff receives 200 calls a day, artificial intelligence can save him 3 hours. This reflects the convenience that artificial intelligence brings in the life.
