Emerging Technologies (Part 2)
Consider any experience you have using artificial intelligence systems or digital assistants. Do you think that using these technologies will help your study and life? In what way? Please give an example. Are you satisfied with the intelligence of the digital assistant you are learning? What should be improved?
I have used Google nest mini and siri digital assistant to help me study and live. To a certain extent, they can make life more convenient and simple. For example, I can get up to ask the digital assistant about the weather and the latest news without spending time looking through my phone, which saves time. For example, I can ask Siri to help me translate some English words I don’t understand and explain the meaning of the words, which is much faster than my hands-on query. But I think if the digital assistant is applied to the classroom, it can do more. At home, when we have computers and mobile phones, digital assistants only play a small role. They can’t help learning with complex instructions. For example, I can’t let it help me detect the latest articles about the new crown epidemic, even if it is searched, it is not accurate.So I think digital assistants can be more sophisticated to meet the needs of students.

In our life, with the development of science and technology, they are everywhere. At the same time, I think we should always be vigilant about technology and avoid over-dependence. What we need to exercise is our own ability.
